  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for direct-to-consumer orders. Wholesale orders receive freight quotes prior to shipment.

Free Shipping

  • Direct-to-consumer orders over $200 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental USA.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damage & Loss

  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 5 business days.

  • For damaged shipments, retain all packaging materials as they may be required for carrier claims.

Backorders

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date. You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel.

Shipping Terms

Order Tracking

Claims for Damage or Loss

Backorders

  • Any backordered items will ship as soon as available. Backorders over 30 days will be reconfirmed before shipment.
