Wholesale Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive defective merchandise or items shipped in error, notify us in writing within 7 business days of delivery.

Claims must include photos and a description of the issue.

Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and arrange replacement or credit.
Return Authorization (RA) Requirement

No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.

RA numbers are valid for 14 calendar days from issue date.
Condition of Returned Goods

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Any product returned in non-saleable condition will not be credited and will be disposed of or returned at the buyer’s expense.
Shipping Costs for Returns

For defective products or shipping errors, we will cover return shipping costs.

For any other approved returns (rare exceptions), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns (case-by-case) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, clearance items, or products altered in any way by the buyer are non-returnable.
Risk of Loss

The buyer assumes responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
